Mayonnaise is prepared from the best quality sunflower oil, pasteurized egg yolk, mustard, vinegar, kitchen salt, sugar and spices. The addition of the fresh lemon juice gives the mayonnaise a special freshness. We prepare deli mayonnaise, low fat mayonnaise (called salad mayonnaise), very low fat mayonnaise (called fast food mayonnaise).
Mayonnaise is almost indispensable in every cuisine for the preparation of various salads, sandwiches and French fries.
